We are seeking dedicated and compassionate caregivers to join our team at Lantern Crest Independent Living in Santee, East San Diego. As a caregiver, you will have the opportunity to make a meaningful difference in the lives of our seniors, providing them with the care and support they need to thrive.
Flexible Scheduling: We offer flexible scheduling to accommodate your needs, including day, night, and weekend shifts. Our caregivers work in a luxury independent living setting, providing companionship, personal care, and assistance with daily activities.

With Senior Helpers providing home care assistance, our residents receive the care and support they need to maintain their independence.
What We're Looking For: We are seeking caregivers who are passionate about providing exceptional care and support to our seniors. If you have experience caring for a family member or have been a full-time parent or homemaker, we encourage you to apply. Certifications like CNA, HHA, or PCA are a plus, but not required.
