Job Opportunity

We are seeking a dedicated and empathetic Caregiver to join our team at Lantern Crest Senior Living. As a Caregiver, you will play a vital role in providing compassionate care and support to our residents, ensuring their well-being and happiness.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist residents with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and mobility.
  • Build meaningful relationships with residents, providing emotional support and companionship.
  • Monitor and report changes in residents' health or behavior to ensure their well-being.
  • Assist with meal preparation and dining, ensuring a pleasant and safe dining experience.
  • Maintain a safe and clean living environment for residents.

Requirements:

  • Compassion and patience when interacting with seniors.
  • Strong communication skills to effectively interact with residents, families, and team members.
  • Reliability and punctuality with a strong work ethic.
  • Previous caregiving experience is beneficial, but a positive attitude and willingness to learn are equally important.
