We are seeking a skilled Registered Nurse Inpatient Rehab to join our team at Del Sol Medical Center. As a key member of our healthcare delivery team, you will provide professional nursing care to patients utilizing the nursing process.
Responsibilities- Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals to deliver quality healthcare
- Assess patient needs and develop individualized care plans
- Implement and evaluate the effectiveness of care plans
- Provide education and support to patients and their families
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes
- Current RN licensure in Texas or compact state
- Current BCLS certification
- Minimum Associate Degree, Diploma in Nursing, or BSN
- Attainment of CRRN or within two years working on the Inpatient Rehabilitation Unit
- Bilingual in English/Spanish
