Qualifications:

To be considered for this role, candidates should possess:

  • A bachelor's degree in Accounting or a related discipline from an accredited institution.
  • A CPA license or eligibility to sit for the CPA examination.
  • Strong analytical and accounting skills.
  • Proficiency in accounting software, as well as Microsoft Excel and Word.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Business-level proficiency in English is required; proficiency in Japanese is a plus.
  • A detail-oriented mindset with the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
