We are seeking a skilled Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC) to join our clinical team at LifeStance Health. As a critical part of our clinician team, you will be responsible for providing high-quality, evidence-based mental health services to our patients.

  • Provide individual and group therapy sessions to adults and children/adolescents
  • Conduct comprehensive assessments and develop treatment plans
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care
  • Participate in ongoing training and professional development to stay current with best practices

Requirements
  • Fully licensed in Washington State
  • Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), Licensed Marriage & Family Therapist (LMFT), or Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LICSW)
  • Experience working with adult and/or child and adolescent populations
  • Individual and/or couples therapy experience
