Role Overview

We are in search of a seasoned and driven Marketing Manager to craft and implement comprehensive marketing strategies aimed at fostering growth and enhancing brand visibility. The ideal candidate will possess a broad skill set with a proven history in various marketing areas, including content creation, event management, digital marketing, and lead generation. This position requires a strategic mindset coupled with the ability to execute and oversee marketing initiatives effectively.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design and execute a unified marketing strategy to bolster Arbolus' expansion in two primary sectors: Private Equity and Strategy Consulting.
  • Generate and oversee high-quality content for thought leadership and product marketing, including white papers, case studies, blog entries, product announcements, and social media content.
  • Organize, coordinate, and implement events, webinars, and conferences to highlight our expertise and generate leads.
  • Manage digital marketing campaigns encompassing SEO, SEM, email marketing, and social media advertising to enhance traffic and conversion rates.
  • Collaborate with sales and product teams to synchronize marketing efforts with business goals and client requirements.
  • Evaluate marketing data and metrics to assess campaign effectiveness and make informed decisions for ongoing enhancement.
  • Maintain relationships with external vendors, agencies, and partners to ensure the successful execution of marketing projects.
  • Keep abreast of industry trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities and maintain a competitive edge.

Qualifications for Success

  • Minimum of 5 years of marketing experience, ideally within the B2B landscape, focusing on private equity or strategy consulting.
  • A well-rounded marketer with substantial experience in at least one area: content development, event coordination, digital marketing, or demand generation.
  • Strong grasp of marketing analytics with the capability to interpret data for strategic decision-making.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to create engaging content and presentations.
  • Proficiency in marketing tools and platforms, including CRM software (Hubspot), email marketing solutions, SEO tools, and social media management systems.
  • Robust project management abilities, capable of juggling multiple projects and deadlines effectively.
  • Innovative thinker with a results-driven approach and a proactive problem-solving attitude.
