Ensuring dishes and cookware are sanitized and available for use.
Maintaining the cleanliness and maintenance of the dish machine.
Cleaning and sanitizing the service area and kitchen throughout the shift.
Troubleshooting dishwasher machine malfunctions to minimize downtime.
