Job Summary:
RTI Community Management Associates, Inc. is seeking an experienced On-Site Association Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of our communities. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing all aspects of the Association, including budgeting, financial management, vendor relations, and compliance with governing documents.

Key Responsibilities:
• Manage all aspects of the Association, including budgeting, financial management, vendor relations, and compliance with governing documents
• Educate homeowners regarding their responsibilities to the Association
• Provide exceptional customer service to residents and address their inquiries and concerns in a timely and professional manner
• Collaborate with the board of directors to develop and implement strategic initiatives that enhance the community's overall quality of life
• Supervise community maintenance and improvement projects to uphold property values and enhance resident experience
• Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal regulations governing homeowners' associations

Salary: $80,000 - $110,000 per year, depending on experience
