Job Summary

As a key member of the Tulare County Office team, the Child Development Specialist will be responsible for managing a caseload of children and families to assess and measure early childhood development. The successful candidate will work closely with families and child care providers to identify resources necessary to support the child's developmental stages.

Responsibilities:

* Conduct environmental ratings of family child care sites and operations
* Collaborate with families and child care providers to develop strategies for supporting child development
* Provide guidance and resources to families and child care providers to promote healthy child development

Requirements:

* Level I: Associate's Degree in Child Development, Social Services, or a related field
* Level II: Bachelor's Degree in Child Development, Social Services, or a related field
* Level III: Bachelor's Degree in Child Development, Social Services, or a related field, and an additional 30 college units

Required Documents:

* Resume
