As a Clinical Services Director at Rogers Behavioral Health, you will have the opportunity to shape the success and sustainability of our new clinic. You will work closely with our Senior Director of Operations and Vice President of Operations to ensure a solid blueprint for success. With a collaborative environment and access to a network of successful clinics, you will have the support and resources needed to thrive in this role.
Requirements:- Master's degree in social services or related field and active clinical license issued by the State of Wisconsin Department of Safety and Professional Services
- Minimum of four years of clinical experience in mental health care and/or addiction services; at least two years' experience in a psychiatric facility
- Minimum of two years' experience in a supervisory/management role
