Overview

Portsmouth Regional Hospital is seeking a skilled Registered Nurse RN Inpatient Surgical Unit to join our team. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will provide high-quality patient care and contribute to the success of our hospital.

Responsibilities

  • Assess patient needs and develop individualized care plans to ensure optimal outcomes.
  • Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by medical providers.
  • Monitor patient vital signs and report any changes or concerns to medical providers.
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to coordinate patient care and achieve positive outcomes.
  • Provide education and support to patients and families to promote health and wellness.

Requirements

  • BLS certification required.
  • Licensed as a Registered Nurse in the State of NH or valid compact state.
  • Associate Degree from an accredited school of nursing.
