**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Implement counseling and therapy services for assigned patients in both individual and group settings
  • Conduct thorough assessments and interviews to identify treatment needs
  • Develop and implement individualized therapy plans to meet patient needs
  • Collaborate with other care team members to ensure seamless transitions and effective discharge planning

**Requirements:**

A Master's degree in Social Work, Counseling, Psychology, or a related field is required. State licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Marriage and Family Therapist (MFT), or Licensed Addiction Counselor (ACD) is also necessary.
