Job Title: Virtual Nurse Specialist

Banyan Medical Solutions is seeking a skilled and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our team as a Virtual Nurse Specialist. This role will provide high-quality patient care through virtual means, utilizing technology to connect with patients remotely.

The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment. Experience in medical-surgical/ PCCU/ED/ICU settings is preferred, with proficiency in electronic health records and other IT applications.

Responsibilities:
  • Provide comprehensive patient assessments and develop individualized care plans.
  • Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care coordination.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records using approved forms and format.

Requirements:
  • Active RN license and BLS certification.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in acute care hospital inpatient settings.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Compensation: $31,000 - $32,000 per year, with additional compensation for bilingual Spanish speakers and night/weekend premium pay.
