Key Responsibilities:
  • Month-End Close Activities: Manage essential elements of the month-end close process, including the preparation of precise journal entries, accruals, and allocations.
  • Cash Transactions: Document cash journal entries, reconcile daily cash activities, and ensure the accuracy of monthly financial reports.
  • Financial Reporting: Prepare and verify the accuracy of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements, including those needed for external parties.
  • Account Reconciliation: Conduct monthly account reconciliations, identify discrepancies, and ensure prompt resolution.
  • Fixed Asset Management: Supervise fixed asset accounting, maintain the fixed asset tracking system, and ensure alignment with the general ledger.

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's Degree in Accounting.
  • Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience.
  • Proficiency in General Ledger, Month-End Close, Journal Entries, Accruals, Trend Analysis, Fixed Asset Accounting, Cash Accounting, Prepaids, and Expense Analysis.
  • Experience with Acumatica Software is highly preferred; strong background in spreadsheets, databases, and accounting software.
  • Knowledge of GAAP.
  • Excellent Communication Skills and ability to work collaboratively in a team setting.
