Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the full cycle month-end close process, ensuring timely and accurate financial reporting.
  • Assist in preparing and reviewing company budgets, identifying areas for improvement and implementing cost-saving measures.
  • Train and mentor staff on accounting procedures and best practices, promoting a culture of excellence and continuous learning.
  • Record journal entries, prepare monthly reconciliations, and review financial statements, ensuring accuracy and compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Collaborate with the Controller to identify process improvements and reduce close times, driving efficiency and productivity.

Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of accounting experience, with a strong background in financial operations and management.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, with experience in financial modeling and analysis.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate financial information to stakeholders.

Salary: $70,000 - $85,000 annually, depending on experience. This position is fully on-site.
