Key Responsibilities- Delivering high-quality nursing care as a Clinical Nurse Specialist in post-acute care settings
- Collaborating with medical staff to monitor care options and outcomes
- Developing care plans in partnership with residents and healthcare teams
- Setting up and overseeing medical equipment
- Administering appropriate treatments and medications to residents
- Collecting bodily fluids for laboratory analysis
- Discussing care options with residents and their families
- Ensuring compliance with facility policies and nursing standards
- Overseeing accurate documentation of resident histories and interventions
- Providing training and guidance to nursing and support staff
- Assisting with incident investigations as needed
- Current state license to practice as a Clinical Nurse Specialist
- Successful completion of an accredited nursing program
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in a nursing or related role
- Strong organizational skills
