We are looking for a dedicated full-time Affiliate and Brand Ambassador Coordinator to become a vital member of the Content & Community team at Trove Brands.
In this role, you will be instrumental in crafting, executing, and overseeing initiatives aimed at enhancing brand visibility and driving revenue through collaborations with brand ambassadors and affiliates.
This position requires the recruitment, engagement, and support of ambassadors and affiliates to fulfill marketing objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
Program Design and Oversight:
Develop and implement ambassador and affiliate initiatives that align with marketing and sales goals.
Formulate and maintain program guidelines, policies, and best practices.
Recruitment and Orientation:
Identify and attract potential ambassadors and affiliates who resonate with the brand's values and target demographic.
Facilitate onboarding sessions to ensure new partners comprehend program expectations, tools, and resources.
Relationship Development:
Cultivate and sustain robust relationships with ambassadors and affiliates to encourage loyalty and long-term partnerships.
Provide continuous support, communication, and engagement to keep partners motivated and informed.
Content and Campaign Management:
Collaborate with the marketing team to create and disseminate promotional content and materials for ambassadors and affiliates.
Coordinate and oversee campaigns, ensuring they align with overarching marketing strategies and objectives.
Performance Monitoring and Reporting:
Track and evaluate the success of ambassador and affiliate initiatives using relevant metrics and KPIs.
Generate regular reports to assess program effectiveness and identify areas for enhancement.
Compliance and Quality Control:
Ensure all ambassador and affiliate activities adhere to brand, legal, and ethical standards.
Uphold high-quality standards for content and interactions to safeguard the brand's reputation.
