The Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Business Process Consultant to join our team. As a key member of our Omni Channel and Payments organization, you will play a critical role in supporting deposit account restriction governance and process improvement initiatives.

As a Senior Business Process Consultant, you will apply advanced knowledge of bank processes and products to provide consultation services to internal clients. You will collect and consolidate demand, identify opportunities for improvement, and execute and coordinate the development of business process-related solutions.

You will lead planning and execution efforts, coordinate activities for complex projects, and apply a holistic understanding of risk and regulatory compliance to manage risks. You will also provide consultation to influence process design and ensure alignment with bank-specific goals and process requirements.

Responsibilities
  • Engage with key stakeholders to implement balanced strategic solutions.
  • Develop business process improvements that align business deliverables, bank strategy, and risk management framework.
  • Lead planning and execution efforts and coordinate activities for highly complex projects.
  • Apply a holistic understanding of risk and regulatory compliance to manage risks.
  • Provide consultation to influence process design and ensure alignment with bank-specific goals and process requirements.
  • Review and develop communication and change management plans for customers and internal stakeholders.
  • Ensure alignment between internal stakeholders and customers across all business process projects and services.
  • Utilize data and analytics to deliver insight into customer and business process performance.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree or 4 years of related experience.
  • 6 years of experience in business process consulting, process design, and/or program/project management.
  • Advanced knowledge of bank products and processes.
  • Experience in implementing and sustaining change/improvements.
  • Experience in applying quality management, process improvement, and leveraging process improvement tools and methodologies.
  • Expert experience/knowledge of Risk Management frameworks and Banking Regulatory requirements.
