Key Responsibilities- Plant Operations: Oversee the day-to-day operations of the plant, including production, maintenance, and quality control.
- Financial Management: Manage the plant's budget and financial performance, including forecasting and reporting.
- Strategic Planning: Develop and implement strategies to improve plant efficiency, productivity, and safety.
- Leadership and Development: Lead and develop a team of supervisors and administrative staff, including coaching, mentoring, and performance management.
- Compliance and Regulatory: Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and company policies.
- Continuous Improvement: Identify and implement opportunities for process improvements and cost savings.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, or related field.
- Experience: Minimum of 3 years' supervisory experience, preferably in a manufacturing or production environment.
- Skills: Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a team. Proficient in SAP and Lean Six Sigma methodologies.
