Position Overview:

R&P Technologies is seeking a dedicated professional to fill the role of Program Analyst III. As a small-sized defense contractor, we specialize in providing Engineering, Logistics, Program Management, and Technical Services to government clients. This position offers an opportunity to thrive in a dynamic and engaging work environment.

Key Responsibilities:

In collaboration with the Government Supervisor of Shipbuilding, the selected candidate will be responsible for:

  • Delivering support for program and acquisition management initiatives.
  • Providing analytical, management, and administrative assistance to SSGC.
  • Offering expertise in acquisition and program management to facilitate ship construction oversight.
  • Assessing and reporting on the progress of ship construction activities.
  • Coordinating program management office operations, including scheduling and correspondence.
  • Assisting in the development of project plans through program administrative support.

Qualifications:

  • A Bachelor's Degree or 5 years of experience within the NAVSEA/DOD Acquisition Community (preferred).
  • A minimum of 5 years of professional experience, including 5 years in DoD/Navy Program Management (preferred).
  • Proven experience in communication with SES/Flag level personnel.
  • Familiarity with DoD/DoN Procedures and Policies, specifically the DoD 5000 process (preferred).
  • Possession of a Secret Clearance.

Compensation:

R&P Technologies offers a competitive compensation package that includes contributions towards health insurance, 401(k) matching, and additional non-salary benefits. The exact salary will be determined based on experience and qualifications.
