About the role of Loss Control Inspector - Independent Contractor at InsurSolv, LLC:
As an independent contractor, you will be responsible for conducting comprehensive reports on properties, summarizing observable hazards associated with a risk. Your findings will be used by our client companies to determine whether a risk meets the carrier's eligibility requirements.

You should be motivated, analytical, resourceful, decisive, and have good problem-solving skills. Strong written, composition, and verbal communication skills are also essential.
Additionally, you will need to have a strong desire to succeed and work independently with limited direction and guidance. Self-discipline, organization, and the ability to manage an aggressive workload are also required.
Technical requirements for this role include a Microsoft Windows-based PC, Google Chrome or Edge, Adobe Acrobat Reader, a broadband internet connection, a digital camera or smartphone, a color inkjet or laser printer, reliable transportation, and a valid driver's license.
