Insurance Defense Attorney

ResponsibilitiesAs an insurance defense attorney, you will be responsible for handling a caseload of time-sensitive matters, including discovery, depositions, and hearings. You will work closely with our team to develop and implement effective trial strategies, and you will have the opportunity to participate in volunteer events and engage in a learning culture.
Qualifications- Must have a J.D. from an ABA-accredited law school with excellent academic credentials
- Must have an active license to practice law in Florida and be a member in good standing with the Florida Bar
- 3+ years of legal experience is preferred, with insurance defense experience a plus
- Strong written and oral advocacy skills, as well as fluency in Spanish, are a plus
