Job Title: Mid-Senior SCADA EMS Analyst

A leading electrical utility company is seeking a highly skilled Mid-Senior SCADA EMS Analyst to join their team. The successful candidate will be responsible for the development and operations of EMS/SCADA systems for a new transmission control center.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design and implement EMS/SCADA systems for transmission and distribution operations
  • Develop and maintain database models for EMS/SCADA systems
  • Configure and troubleshoot EMS/SCADA software and hardware
  • Perform point-to-point checkouts and modify protective relay settings
  • Support IT Engineering initiatives around LAN/WAN, TCP/IP communication, and SCADA communication paths
Requirements:
  • SCADA EMS experience working with OSI SCADA platforms
  • Familiarity with GE AEMS Reliance, OSI Monarch, or related EMS/SCADA platforms
  • Ability to install, troubleshoot, configure, and update EMS/SCADA software/hardware
  • Working knowledge of SCADA RTU relay configuration, maintenance, or commissioning of high voltage systems
  • Experience interfacing with SCADA, RTU, SEL AcSELerator, SEL RTAC, Line Communication, & Line Relaying Systems
  • Understanding of NERC and ERCOT reliability standards
