Key Responsibilities- Carry out daily environmental services functions as assigned in the department, ensuring a high level of cleanliness and organization.
- Report to the department leader or lead person, maintaining open communication and addressing any concerns or issues promptly.
- Be capable of being trained on all floor care procedures and policies, demonstrating a willingness to learn and adapt to new situations.
- Perform routine assigned duties according to specific detailed written procedures, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail.
- Make independent decisions during emergency or unusual situations, exercising sound judgment and critical thinking skills.
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- Experience: Prior housekeeping experience is preferred but not required.
- Education: A High School diploma or equivalent is required.
