Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Supplier Quality Engineer to join our team at Resonetics. As a key member of our quality assurance team, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest level of quality in our supplier-manufactured components.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage supplier quality and performance, including performance evaluation and metric reporting.
  • Conduct supplier audits and qualifications to ensure compliance with our quality standards.
  • Develop and administer supplier quality agreements to ensure seamless collaboration with our suppliers.
  • Collect and monitor supplier quality performance data to identify areas for improvement.
  • Liaise with customer quality personnel to resolve issues and customer complaints.
  • Issue and manage supplier corrective actions through completion.
  • Assist with troubleshooting of production and process development processes.
  • Develop and maintain quality/control plans for incoming materials.
  • Develop quality procedures and conduct personnel training on quality procedures.
  • Approve nonconformance disposition and work on continual improvement and process assessment projects as assigned.
Requirements
  • Minimum 5 years' experience in a supplier quality engineering role for a medical device manufacturer and/or start-up company, or equivalent experience.
  • Demonstrated technical writing and communication skills.
  • Working knowledge of statistical software and/or Minitab.
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
  • Knowledge of ISO 13485.
