Position Overview

We are seeking a dedicated Front Desk Attendant to join our team at United Sports. This role is essential in providing exceptional service to our guests and ensuring smooth operations at our facility.

Key Responsibilities
  • Customer Assistance: Engage with guests and assist them with their inquiries.
  • Communication: Answer phone calls and relay messages effectively.
  • Financial Transactions: Handle cash and process payments accurately.
  • Administrative Duties: Perform various clerical tasks to support daily operations.
Employee Expectations
  • Service Excellence: Deliver outstanding guest service consistently.
  • Issue Resolution: Communicate with management regarding any guest concerns.
  • Focus and Teamwork: Maintain concentration in a fast-paced environment and collaborate with colleagues.
  • Multitasking: Manage multiple tasks efficiently.
Work Schedule

Shifts include evenings until 10 PM on weekdays and varied hours on weekends. Candidates must be available to work three weekends each month, with preference given to those available on specific weeknights.

Compensation

The position offers a competitive wage of $12/hour.
