About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate neonatologist to join our team practicing at two hospitals in Las Vegas, NV. The ideal candidate will have excellent clinical skills, a strong work ethic, and a passion for teaching and mentoring.

Work Environment

Our Level III NICUs offer state-of-the-art equipment and facilities, with a 24-bed unit at our first site and a new 15-bed unit at our second site. You will work alongside a dedicated team of healthcare professionals who share your commitment to providing exceptional patient care.

Responsibilities
  • Provide high-quality medical care to critically ill newborns, including those requiring high-frequency ventilation, body cooling, and iNO therapy
  • Collaborate with pediatric subspecialists, including cardiology and surgery, to provide comprehensive care to our patients
  • Participate in teaching and CQI activities to promote excellence in patient care and quality improvement
Requirements

To be considered for this role, you must be board-certified or board-eligible in neonatology and possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills. We are open to visa candidates and new graduate candidates. Locums candidates are not accepted.
