**Job Title:** Travel Step Down Registered Nurse

**Job Summary:**

The Fortus Group, Inc. is seeking a skilled Travel Step Down Registered Nurse to join our team. As a Travel Step Down RN, you will have the opportunity to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment, providing high-quality patient care and contributing to the success of our healthcare organization.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide direct patient care to patients in a step down unit, including assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of care
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement individualized patient care plans
  • Monitor and report patient condition to physicians and other healthcare professionals
  • Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes and satisfaction

Requirements:

  • Current RN licensure in the state of practice
  • Minimum 1 year of experience as a Registered Nurse in a step down unit
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays
