The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of software development principles and a proven track record of driving technical innovation. As a senior software engineering manager, you will be responsible for leading a team of talented engineers and developers, guiding the software team's technical roadmap, and overseeing the professional development of software engineering managers and team members.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead a team of software engineers and developers to design, develop, and deploy high-quality software applications.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive technical projects and provide leadership in an innovative and fast-paced environment.
  • Develop and maintain software engineering best practices, including adherence to agile methodologies, CI/CD, and testing.
  • Research and present new technologies to the software development team.
  • Work closely with product, customer success, and clinical teams to ensure alignment and effective communication.

Requirements:

  • 6+ years of experience in managing software engineering teams.
  • BS/BA in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.
  • Strong technical leadership skills and a passion for software development.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to drive technical projects and provide leadership in an innovative and fast-paced environment.
