**About the Role:**

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Project Engineer to lead our civil engineering design team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in project management, technical writing, and leadership.

**Responsibilities:**

* Lead the design for land development projects, including site layout, grading, stormwater design, and utility design
* Work closely with Project Managers to develop project budgets, scopes of services, and project schedules
* Develop technical and price proposals, and monitor project progress
* Manage engineering staff and prioritize technical tasks to meet changes in schedule or resource availability
* Be proficient in technical writing, editing, and presentations
* Identify areas of improvement and share best practices
* Develop person-hour estimates and budgets
* Act as a technical lead and demonstrate specialized skills in civil engineering

**Requirements:**

* BSCE degree required
* 10+ years of relevant experience
* Current PE in NH, MA, ME, or VT, with ability to obtain reciprocal licenses
* Proficiency in AutoCAD, Civil3D, HydroCAD, and other related design civil design software
