About the Role

We are seeking a Talent Acquisition Manager to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for developing sourcing strategies for a wide range of positions from executive to entry-level.

Recruitment Strategies

  • Create tailored recruitment strategies for each requisition.
  • Conduct candidate interviews in-person or via video calls.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Develop relationships with hiring managers and build business partnerships.
  2. Host HR events centered around brand awareness.
  3. Have effective negotiation and communication skills.
  4. Serve as a consultant to educate clients and candidates about current market trends.
  5. Work in a full cycle recruitment environment.
  6. Create targeted strategies for contacting talented professionals.
  7. Ensure job postings, career page, and social media outlets attract candidates reflective of our culture and values.
  8. Take job orders and probe effectively for details of job descriptions from clients.
  9. Build ongoing loyalty and relationships with clients/candidates, and conduct quality check calls.
  10. Market top candidates to new/existing clients to build solid relationships and grow accounts.
  11. Maintain a sense of urgency and multi-tasking skills.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of high volume recruiting experience.
  • Passion and commitment to owning your role.
  • Exceptional customer service.
  • Sense of urgency and multi-tasking skills.
  • Enthusiastic and self-motivated.
  • Flexible, hard-working, humble, and open to receiving and giving feedback.
  • Proficient in Google/Microsoft Suite.

Bonus Skills

  • Bilingual in Spanish (highly preferred).
  • Agency recruitment experience.
  • Knowledge in manufacturing and skills trade recruiting.
  • BA/BS degree in Business, Human Resources, or other related field from an accredited university.
