What You'll Do:

  • Lead the entire recruitment process, from sourcing to onboarding, with a focus on innovation and efficiency.
  • Develop and execute talent acquisition strategies for leadership, mid-career, and graduate hiring.
  • Collaborate with organizational leaders to anticipate and meet hiring needs.
  • Design and implement consistent recruitment, interviewing, and hiring practices to create an outstanding candidate experience.
  • Define and monitor KPIs, such as time-to-fill, cost-per-hire, diversity hiring metrics, and satisfaction ratings.
  • Stay ahead of recruitment trends and technologies to continually improve our processes.

  • Experience: Proven track record in talent acquisition, including managing senior-level roles.
  • Skills: Strong communicator with the ability to adapt to diverse audiences. Proficiency with ATS, HRIS, and Microsoft Office is essential.

Your Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (Master's preferred).
  • Predictive Index certification preferred (or willingness to obtain).
  • Experience developing processes to successfully hire at scale for both exempt and non-exempt roles.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with experience in fast-paced growth environments.
  • Ability to advise executive leadership and influence cross-functional partners.
  • Analytical mindset with experience generating data-driven insights and recommendations.
  • Bilingual in English/Spanish is a plus.
