Act as a Brand Ambassador – be enthusiastic and passionate about our premium products, educating customers on the values of JBS USA.
Become a culinary and product expert by fully engaging in our training sessions to share excellent recipes and cooking tips.
Provide a personalized shopping experience by assisting customers throughout their journey.Support customers during the checkout process, ensuring a memorable interaction.
Carry out stocking duties, which may involve lifting items up to 50 lbs, rotating stock, ordering supplies, and maintaining cleanliness in the store.
Manage daily pricing updates and operate the cash register as needed.
Process customer online orders and ensure timely product distribution for deliveries.
Must be prepared to work in a cold environment, including handling racks, processing shipments, and conducting monthly inventory checks in our walk-in freezer.
Perform additional related tasks as assigned.Physical Requirements and Work Environment:
Must be capable of exerting up to 50 pounds of force.
Occasional exposure to extreme temperatures, such as walk-in freezers.
Ability to stand or walk for up to 8-10 hours.
Frequent movement throughout the store to access various departments and products.
Qualifications:
A high school diploma or GED is preferred but not mandatory.
At least one year of customer service experience in retail, hospitality, or food service is required.
Work collaboratively as a TEAM towards a common goal.
Demonstrate determination and deliver exceptional results with urgency, effective time management, and prioritization.
