Job Title: Retail Sales Associate

The Philadelphia Eagles is a dynamic and innovative organization seeking a highly motivated Retail Sales Associate to join our team at the Eagles Pro Shop - Cherry Hill. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, maintaining merchandise inventory, and contributing to total store results.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Operate the cash register and process transactions accurately and efficiently
  • Achieve merchandise sales goals and maintain a high level of customer satisfaction
  • Provide outstanding customer service and greet all customers promptly and courteously
  • Maintain a positive and cheerful attitude and cooperate with teamwork
  • Check stock daily to ensure that all products are adequately stocked and available for customers
  • Featured merchandise should be prominently displayed in each section
  • Maintain store image by adhering to the dress guidelines
  • Maintain a clean and well-organized layout
  • Practice security measures that help prevent theft
  • Outbound shipping and Inbound shipment receiving
  • Help control inventory shortage
  • Stockroom Organization
  • Practice safety consciousness at all times

Qualifications:
  • Flexible schedule daily from 9:30am-9pm
  • Retail experience preferred
  • High school diploma
  • Able to safely lift boxes up to 40lbs.
  • Standing for extended period of time
