Job Summary

New Season Treatment Centers is seeking a highly skilled and compassionate FT Dosing Nurse to join our team. As a key member of our clinical staff, you will play a vital role in providing safe, quality, and best-in-class care for individuals living with Opioid Use Disorder.

Key Responsibilities
  • Administer medication pursuant to physician order and maintain accurate records.
  • Conduct daily medication inventory and ensure accuracy in accounting.
  • Safeguard medication inventory and maintain confidentiality.
  • Collect fees and perform daily cash reconciliation.
  • Receive and verify incoming medication shipments.
  • Dispose of medical waste according to protocol.
  • Monitor patient demeanor and communicate concerns to medical staff.
  • Administer lab tests and collect data for review.
  • Schedule and screen patients for medical director appointments.
  • Maintain accurate medical records and ensure compliance with federal and state regulations.
  • Participate in CARF preparation and state audit process.
  • Comply with all company policies and procedures.
Requirements
  • Active LPN license in the state of New Mexico.
  • Understanding of opiate addiction and medical terminology.
  • General nursing knowledge and techniques.
  • Basic mathematics skills and computer literacy.
  • Minimum of 1-year direct patient contact experience.
  • Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills.
Working Conditions
  • Ability to operate in an open work area with moderate everyday noise.
  • Ability to perform other duties as required.
