Job Overview

Jimmy's Roofing is seeking an experienced Commercial Project Manager to join our team in Spokane Valley. This role involves overseeing the entire project lifecycle, from pre-construction to project completion, ensuring timely and within-budget delivery of commercial roofing projects.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritizing tasks and resources effectively.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with clients, subcontractors, and internal stakeholders.
  • Manage project budgets, costs, and schedules to ensure profitability and meet business objectives.
  • Conduct site visits to monitor progress, identify potential issues, and provide guidance to field teams.
  • Coordinate and collaborate with sales, estimating, and accounting teams to ensure seamless project execution.
  • Prepare and submit detailed project reports, including progress updates, financial analyses, and risk assessments.

Requirements

The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 10 years of experience in construction management, preferably in the roofing industry. A Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or a related field is preferred. The following skills are essential for this role:
  • Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and direct cross-functional teams.
  • Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple projects, and make sound decisions under pressure.
  • Proficiency in project management software, such as CRM systems, Bluebeam, and Microsoft Office.
  • Knowledge of OSHA guidelines and regulations, with a focus on maintaining a safe working environment.

Benefits

Jimmy's Roofing offers a comprehensive compensation package, including a salary range of $110,000 - $140,000 per year, depending on experience.
