Job Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced Sr. Project Manager to lead our commercial roofing projects in Spokane, WA.

The ideal candidate will have at least 7 years of construction experience, with 3-5 years in roofing, and possess strong leadership skills to mentor and develop team members.

This role offers a competitive salary of $120,000-$150,000 annually, including benefits such as 100% medical, dental, and vision coverage for employees and dependents, PTO, and 6 paid holidays.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Communicate project plans to field staff and coordinate schedules with clients and subcontractors.
  • Ensure all warranties, permits, and contracts are in place before project commencement and/or provision of materials.
  • Review contracts and proposals for accuracy against estimates and assist with resolving inconsistencies.
  • Monitor project progress, budgets, and production, maintaining accurate records and providing regular updates to leadership.

Qualifications:

  • At least 7 years in construction, with 3-5 years in roofing preferred.
  • Experience with MS Office suite and CRM systems.
  • Ability to read project specifications and plans.
  • Project forecasting experience.
  • Valid, unrestricted driver's license.
