About the Role:

This Concierge position is responsible for supporting resident experience and maintenance efforts by providing top-notch customer service. You will follow up with residents via emails or phone calls to ensure satisfaction, prepare and maintain complete resident and maintenance work order files, invoices, and receipts, and assist office staff with preparing packets to be delivered to residents' doors.
