Position: Exercise Physiologist Overview:
  • Design and implement tailored exercise regimens aimed at enhancing strength, flexibility, endurance, and cardiovascular health.
  • Work in collaboration with the Medical Director and nursing staff to develop personalized exercise strategies.
  • Assess patients' conditions and analyze results to identify risk factors and formulate adjustment plans.
  • Oversee vital signs during exercise sessions and relay patient progress to healthcare providers.
  • Conduct regular follow-up assessments to evaluate progress and adherence to exercise programs.
  • Provide ongoing education to participants regarding risk factor management.
  • Ensure meticulous documentation of exercise activities performed.
Essential Qualifications:
  • Current CPR certification, ACSM Exercise Specialist, or Registered Clinical Exercise Physiologist credentials.
  • Bachelor's degree in Exercise Physiology/Science or a related discipline, with experience in Cardiac Rehabilitation or fitness environments.
  • Preferred: Master's degree in Exercise Physiology/Science with experience in Cardiopulmonary Rehabilitation.
