- Responds promptly to inquiries from guests, supervisors, or management, ensuring efficient service.
- Maintains supplies in an orderly and organized manner, meeting departmental standards.
- Safeguards keys and supplies issued on a daily basis.
- Communicates any guest concerns to the supervisor for resolution.
- Adheres to food safety protocols and procedures.
- Responds swiftly to guest requests with a friendly demeanor, following up to confirm guest satisfaction.
