About the Role:

The Hospital Director of Finance and Operations will be a key member of our team at Clinical Management Consultants, responsible for overseeing the financial management of one of our 300-bed acute care hospitals. This individual will act as the financial point of contact for the hospital's leadership team and will be responsible for leading the finance department.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the finance department and ensure accurate and timely financial reporting
  • Develop and implement financial strategies to drive business growth and improve financial performance
  • Collaborate with the leadership team to develop and implement business plans and strategies
  • Manage and analyze financial data to inform business decisions
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including investors, lenders, and regulatory bodies

Requirements:

  • Master's Degree in Business Administration or a related field
  • CPA certification or equivalent

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills
