Key Responsibilities- Design and Development: Design and develop unified communications and video conferencing systems, ensuring seamless integration with existing infrastructure.
- System Maintenance: Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting of video conferencing systems, ensuring optimal performance and uptime.
- Customer Support: Provide exceptional customer support, including on-site visits and remote assistance, to ensure client satisfaction.
- Technical Leadership: Lead and mentor junior team members, providing guidance and expertise to ensure successful project delivery.
- Security and Compliance: Ensure all video conferencing systems meet strict security and compliance requirements, including vulnerability assessments and penetration testing.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical discipline.
- Experience: 10+ years of experience in video conferencing engineering, with a strong background in Cisco Unified Communications Systems, QoS, and streaming video.
- Certifications: IAT II 8570 certification (Security+ CE) and a video teleconferencing certification.
- Skills: Advanced knowledge of video conferencing systems, including design, maintenance, and troubleshooting, as well as experience with virtualized applications and cloud-based solutions.
- Competitive Salary: $148,750 - $201,250 per year.
