Job Title: Marketing Manager

GPI is seeking a self-motivated Marketing Manager to prepare various proposals, pre-qualification documents, marketing collaterals, and presentations, among other responsibilities.

Responsibilities:
  • Proposal Management:
    • RFP/RFQ Analysis: Review Requests for Proposals (RFPs) and Requests for Qualifications (RFQs) to identify requirements, evaluation criteria, and key deliverables.
    • Manage the overall proposal process, including coordination with the Proposal Coordinator, teaming partners, sub-consultants, and other GPI offices.
    • Work closely with engineering teams to understand project scopes and technical requirements and organize and manage proposal teams.
  • Marketing and Business Development:
    • Develop and implement marketing strategies to promote GPI's services and expertise.
    • Collaborate with the marketing team to create marketing materials, such as brochures, case studies, and presentations.
    • Identify and pursue new business opportunities and partnerships.
