Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement strategies to improve clinical quality and patient safety
  • Analyze data reports to identify areas for improvement and develop targeted solutions
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to design and implement quality improvement projects
  • Conduct chart audits and workflow analysis to ensure adherence to best practices
  • Provide education and training to staff on quality improvement initiatives and best practices
  • Support accreditation and regulatory standards compliance and participate in hospital surveys
