Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Education Associate I to join our team at the Museum of Science. This is a full-time, 40-hour per week position that will involve researching, developing, and presenting programs to museum and community audiences.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and present STEM education programs for audiences of all ages.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to design and implement new programs and initiatives.
  • Stay current with scientific content and best practices in education.
  • Provide excellent customer service and work effectively in a team environment.
  • Travel to schools and communities as needed to present programs and engage with audiences.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in a STEM field or education.
  • 1-2 years of experience in education or a related field.
  • Proven ability to communicate complex scientific concepts to diverse audiences.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
