Radiologic Technologist

To provide high-quality diagnostic services in a hospital and/or clinical setting, utilizing diagnostic radiographic equipment and adhering to department policies and procedures.
Key Responsibilities- Performing diagnostic radiological procedures, including routine, emergent, portable, surgical, and fluoroscopic examinations.
- Image processing and understanding of current RIS and PACS systems.
- Working under the supervision of a radiologist as needed and collaborating on film Quality Assurance and exam clarification.
- Performing ECGs as required and participating in an on-call or standby schedule as needed.
- Responsible for patient registration, patient scheduling, and restocking supplies/cleaning.
- High School Diploma or General Education Development (GED) required.
- Registered Radiologic Technologist (Washington) or Diagnostic Radiologic Technologist License (Oregon) required.
- Basic Life Support certification within 1 month of hire.
- Radiologic Technologist Certification required at hire from American Registry of Radiologic Technologists.
- Experience performing general radiographic exams using digital equipment within the last three years.
- Organizational skills, time management, prioritization, planning, attention to detail, problem-solving, decision-making, and technical skills.
- Adaptability, following policies and procedures, flexibility, and experience with McKesson PACS and EPIC electronic medical records system.
