We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate individual to join our team as a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT). As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in providing personalized behavior support services to children and their families.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Implement individualized treatment plans to support children's growth and development.
  • Collect and record data to track progress and inform treatment decisions.
  • Collaborate with families and caregivers to implement new skills and strategies.
  • Provide a supportive and nurturing environment for children to thrive.
Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Valid driver's license and reliable vehicle.
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and after-school sessions.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
