Job Opportunity

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Branch Manager Trainee to lead all aspects of branch banking. As a key member of our team, you will complete a comprehensive six-month training program, focusing on business development, sales, and team management. Your primary responsibility will be to build a high-performing sales and service team, fostering a consultative sales approach that drives branch success. You will develop team members through one-on-one coaching sessions, ensuring they meet their performance goals. Additionally, you will be responsible for developing business through proactive efforts, including community events and business networking. As a member of the Regional Banking Team, you will support multiple branches within Dollar Bank's West Branches, including Avon, Brunswick, Lakewood, Midway, North Olmsted, Parmatown, Southland, Strongsville, Westgate, and Westlake. Travel reimbursement is provided after meeting a specific mileage threshold.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree with two years of solid management experience in a retail environment, including managing a staff, coaching, and meeting sales goals. We will consider High School Diploma/GED with six years of solid management experience in a retail environment, including managing a staff, coaching, and meeting sales goals.
• Retail Banking and business development experience is preferred.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including professional grammar and demeanor.
• Ability to travel as needed for training.
• A valid driver's license and access to a reliable vehicle are required.
• Candidates will be subject to additional background checks as required by the Office of the Comptroller of the Currency.
