Branch Manager Trainee

We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic individual to lead all aspects of branch banking. As a Branch Manager Trainee, you will complete a six-month training program that will equip you with the skills and knowledge necessary to succeed in this role.
During your training, you will be responsible for building a motivated sales and service team that contributes to the success of the branch through a consultative sales approach. You will develop team members through one-on-one coaching sessions and hold each team member accountable for overall performance.
You will be expected to effectively develop business through a variety of proactive efforts, including involvement in community events and business networking. As a member of the Regional Banking Team, you will be responsible for supporting multiple branches within Dollar Bank's West Branches.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead a team of sales and service professionals to achieve business goals and objectives
- Develop and implement sales strategies to drive business growth
- Coach and develop team members to improve performance and achieve sales goals
- Build relationships with community leaders and business owners to drive business development
- Support multiple branches within the Regional Banking Team
Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree with two years of solid management experience in a retail environment
- High School Diploma/GED with six years of solid management experience in a retail environment
- Retail Banking and business development experience preferred
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to travel as needed to training
- A valid driver's license and access to a reliable vehicle
