Medical Director for Primary Care

North Country Healthcare is seeking a Medical Director for Primary Care to lead our outpatient team in picturesque New Hampshire. As a key member of our leadership team, you will oversee and guide the outpatient care and medical directors of quality for primary care. Your responsibilities will include facilitating office flow, addressing day-to-day clinical aspects, and acting as the direct clinical supervisor for outpatient medical practitioners. You will spend approximately 12 hours per week on medical director responsibilities and 28 hours per week as a primary care clinician. Our ideal candidate will have 5+ years of experience in outpatient primary care, leadership training, and a strong passion for EMR optimization and patient care.
